Our Team

Rajesh Ghimire is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the states of Virginia and Guam. He also holds the prestigious Chartered Accountant designation and a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) from India, where he graduated as the top-ranked student in his batch for Accounts and Finance. His coursework focused extensively on U.S. accounting and taxation.

With over 12 years of professional experience, Rajesh began his career as an audit intern in 2012. He has since developed extensive expertise in Finance, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Planning, and Financial Modeling. Rajesh is proficient in statutory/external audits and tax audits and has considerable knowledge of Indian IGAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and CARO regulations.

He specializes in preparing federal and multi-state tax returns for corporate and individual clients.

Outside of work, Rajesh enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with friends
